Meal calendar
Recently we visited a new paediatrician and he gave us a very good idea about how to get our child to try new meals.
He told us the best is to reach a deal with our daughter and tell her that for each week she is trying the agreed amount of food she can get something she wishes.
He told us to create a calendar, so she knows what she is getting.
We will use stickers over the days that she has been eating the agreed amount.
We have created a weekly meal calendar, and just in case somebody else is interested we publish the first one here.
I afraid that I had seen before a quite alike calendar, but I cannot find the web again.
Good luck!
